Here at HHC, we are certified Nutrition, Fitness, and Mindset coaches. We are passionate about reaching our goals sustainably. No more yo yo dieting, cutting out carbs or sugars, then feeling restricted which leads to burn out. You can finally have a healthy relationship with food, the scale, AND your body. We are passionate about this because we too have been in your shoes. We have had to work to get to where we are & it's a continuous journey!

We Offer?

Our program is not a quick fix 8 week program. If you’re TIRED of losing weight fast, only to gain it back, then you’re in the right place! We focus on building HABITS. Teaching you and giving you the tools, putting your investment back into yourself for a lifetime!

 

 In order to build life changing habits, where you can MAINTAIN your results, you need a program of at least 4 months. We have program options of 4, 6, and 12 months.

I’m a mother of 3 kiddos, born and raised in AZ, but recently moved to Idaho! Married to my high school sweet heart & best friend!

 

A little about my health journey, after years of infertility and IVF treatments, and 4 pregnancies, I was READY to try something that would actually work. I wanted sustainable results and was TIRED of feeling restricted. And let’s be real, this mama needed something she could achieve with 3 busy kids. I struggled to feel confident in my body my whole life. Tried ALL the things to lose weight. Keto, Whole 30, diet pills, Weight Watchers, etc.

 

I hired my 1st Nutrition coach after having my 3rd baby. It was a 3 month group program. Which offered a little accountability and was a game changer for me! I also noticed I didn’t feel restricted because I knew I could have all foods in moderation! I knew I wanted to continue, but needed more accountability.

 

This is where I hired my 2nd coach. I worked for a solid YEAR towards better health. Lost 35lbs and was in the best shape of my life! However, this coach I was with was VERY strict and clean eating oriented. Towards the end of this journey I started to feel extremely restricted, low energy, and my hormones were completely messed up. I had started binging on the weekends because I felt so restricted, which I had never done before. After discussing this with her and left only to feel shamed, I decided I needed to stop working with her.

 

This FUELED my fire to become certified as a nutrition and fitness coach. To help women reach their goals SUSTAINABLY, without demonizing food groups & making life changing habits to not only achieve their results…but MAINTAIN their results. And now here we are!

Helping women achieve what they thought was impossible, is truly the best job out there. I love how we educate our clients along the way, so they don't need a coach forever. Building self reliant & strong women is something to be proud of, and it wouldn't be possible without each member my team at HHC!

I'm married to my best friend and mother to 2, living in Illinois! 

 

After going through my own health journey, I fell in love with the process of reverse dieting. I was thrilled to be eating so much food and be able to lift heavier and heavier, feeling so energized, improved mood, better digestion, sleep, and my body was finally changing! I was also no longer food focused, and never felt restricted from foods I love!

 

I absolutely love getting to help clients become their best selves through creating balanced lifestyle habits that will serve them into the rest of their lives!

I'm a thirty-something mother of 2 wacky, spunky, and kindhearted kids who are always keeping me on my toes! I'm married to my best friend and we live in Southwest Washington.


My health and fitness journey has had some very specific defining moments.
The first, a photo of me from my daughter's 2nd birthday party. It stopped me in my tracks, "Wow. I've really let myself go." I felt ashamed, embrassessed. I got motivated & determined.
I joined Health Habits Coaching as a client and my life changed completely. I completed a reserve diet which strategically increased my calorie intake to adjust my metabolism, incorporated well rounded healthy habits that supported my overall health in areas outside of just appearance: emotionally, mentally, socially, physiologically, etc. I gained education, accountability, support, and kindness for this journey. I lived through the process of the fear and the results of the process and efforts did not lie, I feel happier, stronger, more alert, and ended up actually LOSING 10 lbs!


I've gained a passion for this journey, experiences, and new found freedom that I want to help others discover for themselves! Through consistent habits that are sustainable for the long haul of the rest of your life, your goals and health are attainable. Life is a marathon, not a sprint. â€‹

 I'm a previous full time health care worker as a PTA– now an online women’s health coach!


My love and passion for fitness began at an early age! From running long distance races, to gym workouts, to home workouts with my baby girl who’s now almost TWO! I’ve loved every season of it!!

When I became pregnant, I knew I wanted to become Pre & Post Natal certified in order to help other mommas clear the air! To know what’s okay and what’s not okay during pregnancy & postpartum, along with improving other momma's confidence in themselves along the whole journey!

I live in Oklahoma City with my 2 cats! I’m originally from Tulsa, but moved to OKC for college and never left! Some of my hobbies are reading, playing pickle ball and seeing my family/friends!

 

Years ago, I struggled with the restrict/binge cycle that so many of us face. I thought the skinnier I could get, the happier I’d be, when in reality my “health” journey was making me more and more anxious.

 

I knew something needed to change, so I hired my own health and fitness coach. She truly changed the game for me! She showed me that it was possible to live a BALANCED lifestyle, and I knew that I wanted to help other women achieve that like she helped me.

 

I have now been coaching for 3 years and my mission is to help women who are wanting an overall lifestyle change. I want to teach them how to live a balanced lifestyle with sustainable habits, customized nutrition protocols and effective training phases.
